Excelent Dealership

They went over some of the features of the vehicle before I decided to
visit the dealership. Amazing customer service, so great that I
purchased 2 vehicles. I'm happy with my Mercedes truck and my son is
enjoying his Jaguar. I wish they had an E-Class for my wife but I left a
deposit for them to find me one. If you have enough money to purchase a
great vehicle at crazy prices, this is the place to spend it at. If I
had to make a complaint about this place, one of my tires was a bit low
on pressure but 3 quarters solved that problem. I wish I found this
dealership a long time ago.

I was shopping around for a 3-series and I found the car I was looking for at 21st Century
but I didn't know about the X-Drive feature. Because of the crazy
winters we can have I looked in to a 5-Series that they had. I didn't
know which one to choose from because of the amazing selection. I found a
nice silver vehicle that would fit into my budget. It was a bigger
vehicle, more trunk space and all wheel drive. I love my new car from 21st Century. They also got me approved in minutes. I felt bad for the detail guy so I told him that I would have it done on my own...

and I saw that 21st Century
had a wide selection of vehicle other than the CLS. I called the
dealership and spoke to a sales person. He was very friendly and we set
up a time this past weekend to go over the vehicle. I later read some of
the reviews of the dealership. I seems that one side really love the
dealership and the other really hate the dealership. Why not take a
chance, fortune enough for me I live about 40 mins away so the sacrifice
was not to bad. I got to the dealership, I was greeted by management
and he sat me down with a salesperson, Unfortunately, I did not remember
the person I spoke to (SORRY). We went over numbers and a test drive
but there was something about the car that I didn't like. Don't get me
wrong everything was great but everyone has black. The sales person show
me different vehicles until we came across the silver CLS. OH YES that
is my car. Although I did spend a bit more money, I rather spend it on
something I like rather than throwing it away on settling with any car.
Numbers worked out and within 2 hours I was on my way towards a great
weekend!!! The only problem I had with the car was low tire pressure
light. I took the vehicle back on Monday and come to find out the
vehicle it was a nail in the tire. They offered to fix it for free but I

Unlike other dealers 21st Century
personel was really professional. They showed a few BMW's and
explained the difference between their engines, fuel systems and
maintenance. They offered different payment plans and suggested to
choose more affordable one according to my budget. Don't waste your time
to go to other places. Purchase your dream car at 21st Century Auto Group!

We were buying an older, used car for our son. Mike was very helpful from the time we walked in to the time my son drove his car off the lot, he answered all my questions and was very patient with my wife when she could not decide on a color... I RECENTLY WAS ON RT 22 DRIVING UP AND DOWN SEARCHING FOR A NICE CAR AND SAW THE BMW DEALER LEXUS ,BENZ DEALER.... AND COULDN'T MAKE UP MY MIND ON WHERE TO GO UNTIL I DROVE BY A HUGE LOT AND SAW BMW ,BENZ, RANGE ROVER, LEXUS, AND LIKE 50 OTHER NICE CARS. Excellent Experience
I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership and I must say that overall I loved everything about this place. From the moment I walked in and was greeted to the moment I walked out with my brand new car. Awesome Place!
I was in the market for a used 7 series and came across this dealership via an internet search that I did. I called ahead to schedule an appointment for the weekend so I could come down and take a look at the cars they had. When I arrived at the dealership, I was welcomed by very friendly staff and was given a very knowledgable salesman, Andre, who helped me in finding the right Bmw 7 series for me. After driving a couple I was able to narrow it down to one car and we worked out the deal that day so I could drive it home. I could not be happier with my purchase. Definitely a place I will be doing business with again!

I am a busy mother who does not have much time on hands to visit too many dealerships; however after searching the internet and coming across 21st Century Auto Group's webpage, I decided to go in and take a first hand look at their inventory. I was searching to buy a BMW X5, but my budget was limited to a certain amount as well. When I walked into the dealership, I was highly impressed by the beautiful showroom as well as the warm welcome received from the staff. I was equally impressed by the knowledge of the salesman Aaron Davis and his Manager Mark Carr. Both of them were very helpful and took the time to answer my questions/concerns. Wonderful service and experience
I heard about 21st Century Auto Group through a friend who bought a BMW about a year ago for a great price. I was looking to buy a Mercedes so after shopping around at other dealerships,I decided to stop in and check out their inventory of vehicles- to my surprise they had exactly what I was looking for. The overall customer service was excellent and the showroom was absolutely gorgeous! I was assisted by Marc Carr who made me feel like he understood my exact needs (payments)and did all he could to get me to the payment that fit my budget. I drove out within the matter of a few hours in the car of my dreams which definitely made me a happy camper. They were very expeditious within the entire process!! Marc was so helpful- I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get an upscale vehicle.

Oh Happy Day
A couple days ago I came into 21st Century Auto Group to browse around for a car that I would like to purchase for my daughter who would soon be getting her license. I had no money with me because I had no intention of buying anything. I entered the dealership door and was immediately greeted my a salesperson, Miguel. I informed him of my intentions and my reason for coming to the dealership and he said it was no problem. He tirelessly and with a smile on his face, showed me all types of makes and models of cars. Without a hint of agitation in his voice he showed me one car after another, compared the cars, and suggested the cars that he felt would give my monies worth. After hours of browsing I decided it was time for me to go. I thanked Miguel for his services and told him that I would return again soon. He thanked me for coming and said good bye to me with a pleasant smile. I was very pleased with the way he handled the situation, he didn't get tired, frustrated, nor agitated with showing me the many cars for that long period of time. Miguel was a PERFECT salesman and I am very pleased with my decision to come to 21st Century Auto Group.

I was shopping online for a white ranger rover sport. I found the car on
this website and forward my information. I received the usual automated
response stated time, hours of operation and direction. I then received
an email from one of the managers stating the availability and invite
to the dealership the next morning. I have read many great reviews about
this dealer and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. I arrived
late Friday night and went over the vehicle with a sales person. We went
on a test drive and the vehicle was amazing, not to mention at an
unbelievable price. Because I arrived late the finance manager suggested
I leave a deposit and come back the next day. The sales person set up
an appointment for me to come by the dealership in the afternoon. When I
stopped in, my vehicle was being cleaned. Everything was going smooth
until I saw this one guy roaming around the dealership causing havoc and
concerns within the dealership. I assumed it was the same guy below
that wrote a bad review, as little as he knows I purchased the vehicle
he was looking for. I refused to confront him because he was all over
the place. I heard him speaking about how the tires do not match the
vehicles, they are all different brands,filthy interior, etc. That's how

As much as I wanted a new car, I dreaded having to go through the "Used
Car Dealership" experience. Now I can't wait for one of my friends to
need a car so I can bring them to 21st Century. I knew the car I wanted

comment on the level of service that the staff of 21st Century Auto
Group provided for me. The salesman that me and my husband were dealing
with was courteous, professional, polite, and considerate. Their
showroom is gorgeous. They had an incredible selection, we were stunned.
Really every part of the buying process was a joy. We did not get this
kind of level of service at the Range Rover dealer !! Highly recommend,
